I ordered this a while ago and it still hasn’t shown up. The shipping is taking way longer than I expected, and I’m starting to feel like I should’ve just bought something else

Not gonna lie, this was frustrating. The mattress didn’t fit my adjustable base quite right and kept sliding around whenever I used it. It got annoying fast.

I’m kind of kicking myself for ordering the Cocoon by Sealy mattress in the first place. The return process sounded simple on the website, but once I actually tried to do it, it turned into a bunch of emails, waiting around, and vague responses that didn’t really tell me what was happening.

I had to keep checking in just to get any movement, and it never felt like anyone was actually handling it. It’s taking way longer than I expected, and at this point I just wish I’d gone with something else. I wouldn’t buy from them again unless they seriously fix how returns are handled...

I reached out to customer service twice and gave it a few days, but nobody ever really got back to me with anything useful. At this point, I don’t trust that they’re even looking into it. Frustrating experience overall.

I filed a warranty claim thinking it would be straightforward, but maybe I was expecting too much. It felt like I kept getting passed from one person to another, and the replies took forever. I had to keep following up just to find out what was happening. I thought the warranty would make things easier, not add more stress. Maybe I should’ve known it wouldn’t be simple, but either way, I’m really not happy with the support.

I bought the Cocoon mattress thinking the medium-firm feel would be a safe choice, but for some reason it felt much harder than I was expecting.

I’m a side sleeper, and my hips and shoulders just didn’t sink in enough to feel comfortable. I kept waking up sore and tossing around during the night trying to find a better position.
I’m sure some people like a really firm mattress, but this one just wasn’t for me. I wish I had been able to try it in person before ordering

The box showed up beat up, and it was a pain to drag inside because it was so heavy. Unboxing made a mess, and the mattress took way longer to fully puff up than I thought it would. They made the setup sound much easier than it actually was. If this is the kind of delivery and setup experience I can expect again, I’d probably look at another brand next time.

I’ve been sleeping on this for a few weeks now, it just hasn’t gotten any better. I kept thinking maybe it needed some time to break in, but every morning I still wake up feeling sore. It feels way too stiff for me, and the overall feel is kind of cheap. I really wanted this to work out, but unfortunately it’s just not comfy at all.

I left it to air out for days with the windows open, and you could still notice that strong chemical smell as soon as you walked in the room. It made it hard to actually sleep on, which was frustrating. Maybe it fades eventually, but for the price, you kind of expect it to be easier to use right away. Not the best experience for me

The price seemed high at first, and then the discount just brought it down to what felt like a normal price. So I didn’t really feel like I was saving much, haha. The deal at checkout was a little confusing too

I tried to return it during the sleep trial, but the whole process felt like it kept getting dragged out by support. I was already short on time and just wanted to get it handled quickly, so it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. not worth the hassle for me.

My back does hurt less now, so that’s Good, but mornings are still kinda stiff for me. i was hoping it would fix more of it, but it’s helped some.

I really thought this would help with motion transfer, but... not so much. Every time my partner turns over or shifts around, I feel it and end up waking up. my sleep has probably been worse since getting it, which is frustrating because I was hoping it would do the opposite.

Support keeps telling me it’s processing, which, yeah, I get that things take time, but days keep going by and there’s still nothing showing up in my account. I don’t mind waiting a normal amount of time, but this just feels like it’s dragging on for no real reason.
The actual mattress return was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue. It’s just the refund process that’s been really frustrating, and, well, it kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I tried ordering from Cocoon by Sealy it was frustrating, frustrating. My payment kept acting like it went through, then the page would reload and my discount code disappeared. After that, my order just sat there like it was stuck, and I couldn’t tell if it actually went through or not.

Customer support did eventually respond, but it wasn’t very helpful and I still had to keep checking everything myself. For something as simple as buying a mattress online, the site made it way harder than it should’ve been. Way harder. 1 star for the ordering part.

I’ve only had this for a little while, but it already feels cheaper than I thought it would. The cover is thin and a bit rough to the touch, and the foam doesn’t feel very firm or supportive. For the price, I was expecting something that felt more durable and better made, so I’m a little disappointed.

I was hoping this would help more, but my back still hurts pretty much most mornings. It just doesn’t feel like it gives me enough support

I’ve had this mattress for around 10 months and at first I thought it was decent. It was comfortable enough and I was hoping it would hold up. But now there’s already a noticeable dip right where I sleep, which is really frustrating because I’m not a big person at all. I rotated it like they recommend, so I don’t feel like I did anything wrong here. Anyway, now my back is starting to hurt again and the mattress feels like something I’ve had for years, not less than one. Disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again.
